A white that doesn't follow the line, but traces its own. This 2024 Riesling-Sylvaner is Elia's take on orange wine: macerated, untamed, with a frank acidity and a biting texture. Ripe quince, citrus peel, a hint of pepper: it's lively, direct, slightly tannic, but always in tension. You can feel the firm hand and the free spirit. No additives, just wild yeasts and minimal aging.
