It bites from the first sip. Frächdachs is an untamed Riesling-Sylvaner, aged like a white wine that flirted with the idea of an orange wine.

Gentle maceration, spontaneous fermentation, barrel aging, no filtration. The nose reveals ripe citrus, stone fruit, a hint of vegetal notes.

On the palate, it's dry, vibrant, saline, with that bite we love from Hossli. A striking, lively, impatient cuvée.

To be opened with lively dishes: ceviche, grilled vegetables, lemon curry. A wine that looks you straight in the eye.
