A white pét-nat like a soft detonation. No fuss, no cosmetics, just two grape varieties that pop on the tongue: Riesling-Sylvaner for the mineral backbone, Sauvignon for bursts of citrus and wild herbs. On the nose, it's vibrant: ripe lemon, dry hay, acacia flower.

On the palate, the bubbles are fine but very lively, with a straight and salivating tension. This is far from flashy bubbles or runaway natural wines: here, everything is clean, taut, unfiltered... but with a true signature.

A free, ultra-drinkable wine that brightens up an aperitif, awakens a ceviche, livens up a fresh cheese, or accompanies friends on the terrace.

It drinks quickly, and you immediately regret it. Sparkling, precise, and furiously alive.
