This Müller-Thurgau Pet-Nat is the subtle sparkle that hits the mark. Vinified without additives, undisgorged, direct press, natural fermentation: nothing more, nothing less. Lemon-scented, slightly muscat, with a touch of green apple and acacia flower. On the palate, it’s vibrant: sparkling, dry, mouth-watering, as straight as a chalk line.
