A Pinot Blanc with alpine precision, supported by the mineral and ventilated soils of Fläscher Feld. The vines, aged 23 to 29 years, produce grapes of great purity. After 48 hours of cold maceration, slow and cool fermentation preserves the fruit's brilliance and the finesse of the Grison terroir.
The tasting opens with a summer picture: white peach, ripe apricot, crisp pear, with a delicate minerality in the background that tightens the juice and gives it that typical relief of mountain whites. The texture is ample without excess, balanced by a clean freshness and a luminous, straight, almost crystalline finish.
To be opened with a warm asparagus salad, creamy pasta, a Parmesan and watercress risotto, or simple cuisine that allows precise whites to shine.
A pure, mineral, brilliant Pinot Blanc — a summer greeting that the Grisons know how to offer in any season.
