Chardonnay Village 2023 is the little sister of the Grand Maître—but she proudly holds her own. Aged 11 months on lees in French and Swiss oak barrels, filtered just enough. Nose of candied lemon, mocha, garrigue honey, and a delicate smoky touch.

On the palate: depth, freshness, a beautiful saline tension that tracks straight. It shines with fennel risotto, almond trout, or herb-roasted chicken.

A quietly precise white, advancing without fuss but with confidence. Accessible, yes. But underestimate her, and she will outshine you.
