Chardonnay Village 2023 is a modern, vibrant, lively white wine. One part is aged in concrete egg on lees, the other in stainless steel under reduction. No sulfur before fermentation, controlled maceration, spontaneous, uncompromising.

The nose oscillates between ripe yellow fruits and grilled, almost smoky notes. On the palate, taut freshness, fine texture, clean finish. A wine that balances expression and restraint, richness and precision.
