Philipp Grob's Müller-Thurgau is an end-of-day drink. Soft light, ripe fruit, and a refreshing lift. Nose of apricot, baked apple, and vine flower. On the palate, it's supple, straightforward, slightly tangy, with a discreet tension that cleanses the palate. No makeup, no oak, just well-worked fruit, aged in stainless steel tanks, for what it is: an honest, vibrant, feel-good everyday wine. Drink chilled, without overthinking it or coming back for more. A "Chlapf," as Philipp says. But a Chlapf with a soul.
