A fresh breath for an old hillside

Originally from the south of France and based in Switzerland since 2011, Jordi Renard set off on the natural-wine adventure in 2022. He took over Domaine Crépon, founded in 1984, and renamed it Maison Vulpin, in tribute to the discreet and curious creature he keeps crossing paths with in his vines: the fox.

On these steep slopes facing Lake Geneva, where the Rhône meets the Lavaux, he farms two hectares in intuitive biodynamics, with one creed: observe, respect, adapt.

Here, everything is done by hand, at the pace of living things and the lunar cycle. Treatments are natural, fermentations spontaneous, wines unfiltered and with no added sulfites.

Chasselas, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Syrah & Merlot

→ Natural wines, honest, no make-up. Pure, lively cuvées, gently shaped through maceration, hydraulic pressing and unrestrained ageing.
