Gentle maceration, aging on lees in stainless steel tanks, and zero frills. Explosive nose of red fruits, dried flowers, and tangy candy. On the palate, it's dry, fiery, straightforward, with a tension that makes you tap your feet. Red and white mixed, Valais and Vaud blended, not caring about categories.
