Wines and ciders, alive by nature

On the limestone hills of the Aargau Jura, Cyrill and Ivan Hossli carefully cultivate their vineyards and orchards. Their adventure began with ciders: made from over 50 ancient varieties of apples and pears, produced without inputs, in a truly artisanal spirit.

As for wine, the Hossli brothers adopt the same philosophy: certified organic farming since 2023, winemaking without unnecessary additions, spontaneous fermentations, long aging, and no filtration. A touch of sulfur is sometimes used, depending on the vintage's needs. Their wines faithfully reflect the character of the heavy, limestone soils of Bärhalde in Herznach, as well as the uniqueness of each year.
