A rosé that grooves in the sun. From a small blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder, fermented in stainless steel with a short maceration (~12 hrs), unfiltered, zero sulphites. The colour swings between pale pink and ruby tones. Fresh nose of strawberry, raspberry, a hint of black cherry, the Dornfelder signature for intensity.
On the palate, it's light, lively, tangy, with a tannic touch that gives it density without weighing it down.
Perfect for an evening with friends, with tapas, a summer salad, or a spicy Thai dish.
