Collection: La Riva

Benjamin Dupas

Villeneuve, Vaudois Chablais – Switzerland

A sommelier turned artisan of the living

A former sommelier, Benjamin Dupas has traded table service for the purity of the hillside. He hand-cultivates a hectare of terraced vineyards facing Lake Geneva, on two plots located in Villeneuve, at an altitude of 550 meters.

Here, everything is done without compromise: no inputs, no filtration, no correction. Just grapes, time, and silence.

La Riva is a tribute to the shoreline, to the slope, to slowness. Each wine follows its own rhythm, directly linked to the vintage and the nature of the soil—a clay-limestone glacial moraine, a remnant of the ancient Rhône.

Grape varieties & style

Chasselas, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Malbec, Dornfelder, Gamaret, Garanoir, Merlot & Pinot Meunier

→ Natural, free wines, without sulfur or fining. Pure cuvées, often aged in barrels, both raw and elegant.

Benjamin's philosophy

“I guide and accompany the wines, rather than creating them, following my instinct and the vintage.”
