From old vines cultivated biodynamically on the clay-limestone slopes of Villeneuve, this dry white wine is vinified without additives, without filtration, and without added sulfites. Aged in stainless steel tanks, it offers a pale color, a delicate nose of citrus and white flowers, and a lively, mineral palate with good tension. With its 10% alcohol, it is remarkably easy to drink. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany grilled fish. A vibrant, precise wine that reflects its alpine terroir.
