From old vines cultivated biodynamically on the clay-limestone slopes of Villeneuve, this dry white wine is vinified without additives, without filtration, and without added sulfites. Aged in stainless steel tanks, it offers a pale color, a delicate nose of citrus and white flowers, and a lively, mineral palate with good tension.
