Collection: Cave Clair Obscur

Maryline Taurian

Perroy, Vaud – Switzerland

A soft light on the hillsides of Perroy

In the heart of the old village of Perroy, Cave Clair Obscur cultivates balance – between precision and discretion, between the light of Lake Geneva and the freshness of Vaud nights. Across 5 hectares of vineyards spread between Perroy, Mont-sur-Rolle and Féchy, this family estate carves out its path with gentleness, yet determination.

Certified organic, the vines are pampered without artifice: no herbicides, no synthetic products, just the right gestures, and constant attention to the environment. In the cellar, the same credo: intervene as little as possible, to better let the grape, the vintage, the place speak for themselves. The wine is made at its own pace, with respect – and true sincerity.

The result? Straightforward, luminous, deeply Vaudois wines. Chasselas as a grand cru of the terroir, a juicy and lively Gamay, a Merlot of beautiful ripeness, and even a Galotta that breaks the mold. Enough to make the classics shine… without making them rigid.
