A Gamay infused for four days with whole clusters, pressed before the end of its sugars to preserve all the freshness of the fruit. Light sulfiting at bottling, nothing more. The result: a luminous, garnet-pink color, and a wine that favors finesse over power.

The tasting opens with wild strawberry, redcurrant, and a very pure floral note. The fruit literally crunches, with fluid freshness and a drinkability that makes you smile. A gentle extraction, a delicate touch, a Gamay that glides effortlessly.

To be shared lightly chilled, with a charcuterie board, a Sunday roast chicken, or a picnic by the lake.
