A biodynamic rosé made from Pinot Noir and Garanoir, vinified after 24 hours of skin maceration then partially aged in used barrels. The nose is expressive, blending red fruits, dried flowers, orange peel, dried apple, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it's fresh, dry, elegant, with a ripe acidity and a fruity finish that stretches without heaviness. A balanced wine, sunny without being sweet, vibrant without being flashy. Serve chilled as an aperitif, with light grilled dishes or herb-filled summer cuisine. A rosé with character, that holds its own against its southern cousins.
