A rosé that grooves in the sun. Made from a small blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder, fermented in stainless steel tanks with short maceration (~12h), unfiltered, zero sulfur. The color ranges from pale pink to ruby hues. Fresh nose of strawberry, raspberry, a hint of black cherry — the Dornfelder signature for intensity.

On the palate, it's light, lively, tangy, with a tannic touch that makes it dense without weighing it down.

Perfect for evening gatherings with friends, with tapas, a summer salad, or a spicy Thai dish.
