Apfel & Weichsel is a cider with a rhythm: fresh apples, tangy sour cherries, and a natural fermentation that's seriously groovy. Brut sparkling (~6.4% alc.), unfiltered, almost sulfur-free. Crisp nose of green apple, lively cherry, and a hint of herbal notes.

On the palate, it's vibrant, fruity, and refreshing with that slightly funky character that makes it so charming. An electric, taut apple wine that balances freshness and raw energy.
