Fricktaler Birnenwein, it's the perry that thinks it's a wine. Or vice versa. Born from ancient pear varieties from the Aargau Jura, vinified like a pét-nat: zero cheating, zero additives, 100% juice, 100% natural bubbles.

On the nose: juicy pear, white flowers, fresh herbs. On the palate: fine bubbles, lovely tension, and a finish that calls for the next sip. It's dry, it's funky, it's ultra-quaffable.

Drink well chilled, between two slices of sunshine, with a cheese board, a tangy dessert, or just because it's a beautiful day. A bottle for those who cut, pour, and toast.
