A cider that plays without a bass note. The Dornfelder & Schneiderapfel blends distinctive apples and Dornfelder juice for a dry Pét-Nat (~6.7% alc.). Organic cuvée, spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, and practically zero sulfur. Lively nose of green apple, tart red fruits, and a fine, rumbling bubble.

On the palate, it pulses: wild strawberry, sweet almond, a slight tension. Hossli's rock'n'cider vintage: spontaneous, generous, a little unruly but always precise.
