Rebstein is my little darling. A vineyard perched below the village church, rebuilt after a fire — but the plot itself held strong. For the first time, it is cultivated biodynamically.

This Pinot Noir emerges limpid, juicy, with disarming freshness. Nose of crunchy cherry, redcurrant, and sage.

On the palate, it is lively, digestible, mouth-watering, with that tension that calls for a second sip. A wine without pretense, made for the table, for voices to rise and silences to be heard.

Rebstein is a wine of connection. One that opens conversations, and never cuts them short.
