This single-vineyard Pinot Noir expresses itself with precision: a light colour, a nose of fresh cherry, herbal tea, and damp earth. On the palate, everything is in harmony: tension, brilliance, clean fruit, barely perceptible tannins. Nothing demonstrative, everything straightforward. Aged in old barrels, it exudes calmness, mastery, and depth. Serve slightly chilled, for a meal that deserves to be savoured. A precise wine, yet always easy-drinking. Just as it should be.
