A castle, a lake, a slope that looks out into the distance. Werdenberg is one of the most beautiful hillsides cultivated by Philipp Grob. This single-vineyard Pinot Noir expresses itself with precision: a light color, a nose of fresh cherry, herbal tea, and damp earth. On the palate, everything is in harmony: tension, brilliance, clean fruit, barely perceptible tannins. Nothing demonstrative, everything straightforward. Aged in old barrels, it exudes calmness, mastery, and depth. Serve slightly chilled, for a meal that deserves to be savored. A precise wine, yet always easy-drinking. Just as it should be.
