Don't be fooled by its light color: this Pinot is a gentle slap. A nose of surgical precision – red cherry, redcurrant, orange peel, floral notes.

On the palate, it's pure refinement: tension, fine grain, controlled structure, noble aging without excess. Everything is there, in the style of the great crus of the Côte de Nuits, but with the raw energy of Graubünden.
