Grand Maître, this is a Pinot that bows to no one. Made from vines planted in 1975 on the slope of Badwingert, it delivers a rare, precise juice, carved from rock. 20% whole clusters, long aging on lees in barrels (50% new), unfiltered. Nose of black cherry, bark, graphite, dried herbs.

On the palate, restrained density, racy freshness, fine but powerful tannins. A wine that takes its time, demands yours, and rewards long cellaring.

Tension, texture, depth. Everything is there. This is not a wine that seduces. It is a wine that leaves a mark.
