At an altitude of 670 m, at the foot of Bothmar Castle, the Pinot takes flight. Bothmarhalde 2023 is high-end winemaking: 30% whole clusters, 18-day vatting, 12 months aging in barrels (40% new), all orchestrated with dizzying Swiss precision.

Nose of alpine morello cherry, dried herbs, smoky touch. On the palate? Structure, grit, nerve. It zings, it dances, it leaves a clean, blade-like impression.

A wine in balance, between contained power and alpine verticality. Decant with venison fillet, a mushroom dish, or a dotted conversation.
