Buechberg 2024 is the first Pinot of the year to be released — a trailblazer. It is a blend from three parcels (Küng, Nagelstein, Kreienhalde), severely affected by hail. Few grapes, thus few bottles. But a clean, direct, luminous wine. Nose of small red berries, a fresh vegetal hint, a fluid, tangy, vibrant palate. Everything is there, with momentum. It's a thirst-quenching Pinot, but not without depth. The kind of wine you drink quickly, but remember for a long time. First to arrive, but not a draft: a ready, joyful wine, already very Grob.
