Pinot Noir Village, it's the little wise one of the bunch. A light ruby colour, a fluid palate, brilliant red fruit: fresh cherry, wild strawberry, redcurrant.

Everything seems easy, immediate, but behind this accessibility lies the touch of a precise winemaker. Measured aging, fine tannins, subtle structure. A straightforward, clear wine that doesn't seek to shine but to endure.

Serve slightly chilled, without ceremony, or listen to it in silence. Because even the youngest of the three already bears the signature of Grisons.
