A refined Pinot Blanc, grown at an altitude of 600m on the famous Scadena plot. Whole cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation, 9 months aging in barrels (30% new): here, every detail counts.
Discreet but precise nose — ripe pear, lemon zest, floral touch. On the palate, it's compact, taut, structured by a noble acidity and a tight texture that calls for time.
A mountain white, sculpted with patience, already subtle but promising many good years. To be savored slowly with free-range poultry, herb-crusted trout or an aged Alpine cheese.
A great, discreet wine. The whisper of the heights.
