A 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine, fermented in the bottle using the ancestral method, without filtration, without additives, without cheating. This Pét-Nat from Adrian Hartmann sparkles just right, naturally, with its yeasts still in suspension.

To the eye, it's cloudy and vibrant; on the nose, fresh red fruits, brioche, and a hint of sourdough; on the palate, it fizzes: fresh, dry, slightly textured. A wine for aperitifs as we like them: thirst-quenching, joyful, artisanal.

Serve well chilled, and absolutely do not shake. A natural wine but not haphazard, proving that Aargau also knows how to make bubbles dance.
