Oxalis is Tyalo Tyalo's playful twist. An unexpected blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, vinified as a free gesture: 21-day carbonic maceration for the Gamay, 4 days of destemmed maceration for the Pinot, direct pressing for the Chardonnay — all blended at the end of fermentation.
The result? A smooth, lively wine, with a light and vibrant red color. Nose of crushed strawberry, redcurrant, a touch of zest. On the palate, it's immediate, refreshing, with a gently crisp acidic backbone and a delightfully easy-drinking finish.
To open for aperitifs, with a savory tart, a charcuterie board, or a weekend that starts unexpectedly.
