A Merlot aged by the lake, but with the presence of a mountain wine. Two micro-parcels bathed in light, whipped by the breeze, where the grapes take their time. In the cellar, French barrels, unfiltered wine, aging without frills.

On the palate, it's muscle in a three-piece suit: dark fruits, graphite, tight tannins, a smoky and peppery finish. A wine that has nothing to prove, but takes center stage.

To uncork when dinner lingers, the meat simmers, and conversation goes off-topic. The kind that ends the evening barefoot, but with head held high.
