L’Art-Vine 2024 is Petite Arvine taken seriously, but never stuffy. A Valais white that opts for precision rather than ostentation: crisp fruit, taut energy, a mouth-watering finish. Alex Stauffer vinifies it like drawing a clear line: hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, no malolactic fermentation, then six months in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's fine character and brilliance, with barely perceptible filtration. 

On the nose, it starts with orchard fruit and citrus, then glides towards more mineral notes, almost hot stone, with a floral hint and a noble bitterness in the background. On the palate, it's straight, lively, precise: a rather slender body, an extended tension, and that typical saline touch of Arvine that naturally calls for the next sip.

Pair with cuisine that has some character: raw fish, grilled vegetables, dry cheeses, or a lightly spiced dish that needs a white that can hold its own. L’Art-Vine 2024: a clean, lively white that makes an impact without shouting.
