Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks, it hits notes of raspberry, redcurrant, a hint of pepper, and plenty of freshness. On the palate, it's direct, light, salivating, with that audacious drinkability that makes you want more. A high-altitude red that goes down easily, to be served slightly chilled, at the table or spontaneously. Honest, free, and cheerful. Just like its creator.
