A precise nose, rich but without heaviness: white flower, blonde caramel, lemon biscuit, ripe tropical fruits, and a delicate herbaceous touch. On the palate, pure volume, vibrant acidity, and taut minerality. Long, straight, salivating finish. A sculpted wine of quiet depth, which overplays nothing — but leaves an imprint. To be drunk with concentration, or left to rest for a few years. An high-altitude Chardonnay, for enlightened enthusiasts... or for curious people with good company.
