A Pinot Noir full of nuances, but without shyness. Agata is a red that gains a little height and a lot of freedom. Grapes destemmed by hand, spontaneous fermentation, aged for 20 months in old barrels. No additives, just the precise and sincere house touch.
On the nose, ripe red fruits, a hint of sweet spices, an aroma of undergrowth after the rain. On the palate, it's fine, structured, just taut enough, with a fluid but lively texture.
