The tasting opens with fresh blackberry, crisp blackcurrant, a hint of violet, and that black pepper signature of high-altitude Syrahs. The texture is fluid, precise, supported by fine tannins and an alpine freshness that lightens everything. The finish is straightforward, spicy, almost mouth-watering — a style that is more juicy than massive, more vibrant than demonstrative.
