A Valaisan Syrah well-rooted in its terroir, but not afraid to make the glass vibrate. Finely spiced nose, white pepper, violet, and blackcurrant. On the palate? It's ample, straightforward, intense—the tannins are silky, the spice well-balanced, the body just full enough.

Partial aging in amphora to preserve the fruit's brightness, and that saline grain typical of Vétroz's argillaceous schists.

To be opened with a rib of beef, a lamb curry, or a cheese platter with some character.
