A subdued Chardonnay, preferring finesse to ostentation. Telline is the whisper of a soil, a mineral and saline caress, aged 20 months in old barrels. No frills, no showboating — just a free, focused, vertical white.

Discreet but precise nose: candied lemon, oyster shell, dried flowers. On the palate, a filigree tension, a just texture, a mouth-watering finish like a gently receding wave.

Open with oysters, lemon-glazed poultry, or for a tête-à-tête with yourself.

A finely textured wine, a seaside wine at altitude. Both calm and profound.
