Solaris is a sunrise in a bottle. A golden light, still soft, but already full of promise. The nose bursts forth: ripe apricot, juicy peach, acacia honey, white flower. On the palate, the fruit is ample, almost caressing, with a silky texture balanced by a fine acidity.
