A Pinot Blanc of alpine precision, carried by the mineral, well-ventilated soils of Fläscher Feld. The vines, aged 23 to 29 years, yield grapes of great purity here. After 48 hours of cold maceration, the slow, cool fermentation preserves the brilliance of the fruit and the finesse of the Graubünden terroir.
The tasting opens with a summery picture: white peach, ripe apricot, crisp pear, with a fine mineral undertone that tightens the juice and gives it that relief so typical of mountain whites. The texture is ample without excess, balanced by a clean freshness and a bright, straight, almost crystalline finish.
Open with a warm asparagus salad, creamy pasta, a Parmesan and watercress risotto, or a simple cuisine that lets precise whites shine.
