A dry and straightforward white wine that captivates from the first sip. This high-altitude Païen is born on the calcareous schist soils of the Isières estate, in the commune of Ardon. The nose is delicate, lemony, enhanced with notes of lychee and white flowers.

On the palate, it is lively, chiselled, almost vertical — a streak of light that lingers long on a mineral and refreshing structure.

Serve well chilled, with grilled fish, an alpine Tomme cheese, or as an aperitif, when the mountains invite themselves to the table.

A pure, dry wine, taut as a wire, that doesn't seek to impress — but leaves a beautiful impression.
