Noblesse lives up to its name. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gamaret, it unites three origins, three textures, three temperaments, for a red that clearly aims for the top. The vines — planted between 1990 and 2001 — are cultivated biodynamically, meticulously defoliated, managed for low yield, and express three visions of Vully: crystalline molasse, clay-limestone marl, and silty sandstone. A mosaic that places fruit at the heart of the experience.
The tasting opens with a deep, full-bodied red, where Merlot unfolds its velvety smoothness, Cabernet its structure, and Gamaret its verve. The nose reveals ripe dark fruits, fine spices, undergrowth, and perfectly integrated noble wood. On the palate, the texture is dense but restrained, with a fresh framework, tight but precise tannins, and a length that confidently lingers after 18 months of aging in barrels (30% new) and amphora. An ambitious, full-bodied, sculpted red that embraces its status.
Serve with roasted meat, a stew, flavorful cuisine, or a dish that requires a red with body and persistence.
A distinguished, structured, and precise blend — a modern classic from Vully, where power and elegance advance side by side.
