A pure Cornalin, unadorned, embracing its mountainous character. Nî dê Cornalin is Ô Fâya Farm's version of a Valais grape renowned for its temperament: a capricious, vibrant, sometimes wild red—but one that, when respected, can be of rare beauty.

The tasting opens with Morello cherry, blueberry, dried herbs, and a hint of violet. The fruit is tight, precise, carried by an unwavering alpine energy. On the palate, it's lively, direct, with young but supple tannins, a crisp texture, and a long, clean, almost nervous finish. An uncompromising Cornalin, but with great style.

Serve slightly chilled, after opening it a little in advance to allow it to soften, with grilled red meat, polenta, roasted vegetables, or simply when you want a red that tells no tales.

A taut, vibrant, terribly lively Cornalin—a wine that is direct, honest, and does exactly what is asked of it: to be itself.
