This is the house white. The one that connects the parcels, maintains consistency, and stays true in its barrels. The Malanser Chardonnay 2022 combines three altitudes (540–590 m), whole cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation, 9 months in barrels (15% new). Discreet but precise nose: candied lemon, dried herbs, toasted almond. On the palate, a dry white, both supple and vibrant, with a long, almost saline finish. A wine for meals, for lively tables, that pairs with light dishes, vegetarian cuisine, or roasted poultry. Classic? Yes. But seriously mastered.
