A mountain white wine, as only the Valais slopes know how to offer. Ô Fâya Farm's Heida is born on a sloping terroir, where the air remains crisp, rock outcrops, and the grapes must earn their ripeness. Naturally vinified, without artifice, it is a frank, generous, taut Heida – a raw and luminous interpretation of the grape variety.
The tasting opens with ripe citrus, crisp rhubarb, white fruits, and a hint of light honey. The structure is straight, mineral, almost alpine: a crisp acidity, a full body just right, and a long, saline finish that recalls the cold mountain wind. An energetic, structured, yet always digestible wine.
Serve well chilled, with lake fish, alpine raclette, a light fondue, or simply to accompany a simple meal where you want a white wine with character that doesn't steal the show.
A lively, saline, mountain Heida – a wine that progresses like a high-altitude trail: straight, precise, and always with that little thrill from Pinot & Co.
