Adrian Hartmann's 2024 Elbling goes off the beaten path. This ancient grape variety is spontaneously fermented, aged for 9 months in barrels, then refined on lees. The result?

A dry, unfiltered, taut, mineral white, with a more pronounced roundness than Riesling-Silvaner. Nose of citrus and green apple, precise, salivating, persistent palate.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with grilled fish, seafood or a summer raclette.
