A pure Chasselas, straight from the heights of Villeneuve. Zero input, aged on lees in stainless steel tanks, and the desire to make it simple, good, and true. The nose? White flowers, fresh lemon, a hint of flint. On the palate, it goes straight to the point: dry, fluid, saline, with just the right amount of roundness. A straightforward white wine like a good friend: not there to impress, but always there when you need it. Serve well chilled, with a summer raclette, perch fillets, or just for the pleasure of treating yourself.
