Collection: Zurich

Zurich is a canton of hillsides and water. Around Lake Zurich, vineyards cling to terraced slopes between Pfannenstiel and Zimmerberg: a natural amphitheater where the lake acts as a mirror, reflecting light and softening extremes. This rather mild and sunny lakeside microclimate helps the grapes ripen steadily while maintaining freshness. 

Within the canton, viticulture is spread across several areas (including the Lake Zurich region, but also Zürcher Weinland and other sectors), with a total vineyard area of approximately 613 hectares, making it the largest wine region in German-speaking Switzerland. 

A touch of Pinot & Co: on these slopes, we seek wines that taste of the place before the recipe. Tense whites, precise reds, a hillside energy, and that very "lake" impression: luminous, clear, never heavy. Our mission remains the same: to sort through the abundance and keep only the bottles with real backbone.
