Spielerei Rot 2023 is the crazy friend of the group. St. Laurent with carbonic maceration, whole clusters, spontaneous fermentation with no added sulfur until bottling. The fruit explodes: cherry, redcurrant, a fresh herbal touch. On the palate, it's juicy, fluid, light, almost effervescent with life. Drink slightly chilled, without overthinking, with friends or alone with a smile. Unfiltered, unadorned, just vibrant. A glou-glou wine but not hollow, a serious game.
